Orange Ginger Ham Grill

Ingredients
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fully cooked ham slice 2 Pound (1 Inch Thick)
  Canned pineapple slices 6
Directions

Combine orange juice concentrate, wine, mustard, and ginger; brush over ham.
Grill over medium coals for 20 to 30 minutes, turning once and brushing with sauce occasionally.
Grill pineapple slices alongside the ham, brushing frequently with sauce.
Place pineapple atop ham during last 5 to 10 minutes of grilling.
Garnish with orange slices, if desired
