Rhubarb Strawberry Orange Conserve

Ingredients
  Seeded chopped oranges 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced rhubarb 3 Cup (48 tbs) (1/4 Inch)
  Crushed strawberries 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped filberts/Chopped pecans / walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine chopped orange and 1 cup water and cook until peel is tender.
Combine all ingredients, except the nuts, in a large sauce pot.
Boil until mixture begins to thicken.
Add nuts the last 5 minutes.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
Adjust caps.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
