Rhubarb Strawberry Orange Conserve
|Seeded chopped oranges||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced rhubarb||3 Cup (48 tbs) (1/4 Inch)|
|Crushed strawberries||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Chopped filberts/Chopped pecans / walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine chopped orange and 1 cup water and cook until peel is tender.
Combine all ingredients, except the nuts, in a large sauce pot.
Boil until mixture begins to thicken.
Add nuts the last 5 minutes.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
