Frozen Orange Cups

Ingredients
  Low fat orange yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Light processed cream cheese product 2 Ounce, softened
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Canned mandarin oranges in light syrup 11 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  Leaf lettuce leaves 4
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in oranges.
Spoon mixture evenly into 4 muffin cups lined with paper liners.
Freeze 1 hour or until firm.
Remove from muffin cups; peel away paper liners, and place salads on individual lettuce-lined salad plates, if desired.
