Frozen Orange Cups
|Low fat orange yogurt||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Light processed cream cheese product||2 Ounce, softened|
|Canned mandarin oranges in light syrup||11 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Leaf lettuce leaves||4|
Combine first 3 ingredients; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in oranges.
Spoon mixture evenly into 4 muffin cups lined with paper liners.
Freeze 1 hour or until firm.
Remove from muffin cups; peel away paper liners, and place salads on individual lettuce-lined salad plates, if desired.
