Candied Orange Peel

Ingredients
  Oranges peels 4 Medium (From 4 Fruits)
  Oranges 4 Medium
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Remove peel from oranges in quarters.
Put in small saucepan and cover with cold water.
Simmer until tender (about 10 minutes).
Drain, reserving 1 cup of the liquid.
Remove the inner white portion of the peel with a paring knife and discard.
