Speedy Orange Cobbler

  Packaged biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Orange marmalade 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Combine biscuit mix, 1/4 cup sugar, and nutmeg.
Cut in 1/4 cup butter till mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Set aside.
In medium saucepan, combine 1/4 cup sugar, cornstarch, and marmalade.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups orange juice.
Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture thickens and boils; cook 2 minutes more; stir in 2 tablespoons butter.
Turn into 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Add 1/2 cup orange juice to dry ingredients; stir just till moistened.
Drop dough by spoonfuls onto hot orange sauce.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 30 minutes.
