Orange Crumble Topping
|All purpose flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Orange rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cold|
|Egg yolk||1 Large|
|Orange juice||1 Teaspoon|
1. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon and orange rind in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture has texture of coarse crumbs.
2. Beat egg yolk and orange juice in small bowl; add to flour mixture, stirring with fork until evenly blended.
