Orange Ginger Ham Grill
|Dry white wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||2 Tablespoon, thawed|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Fully cooked ham slice||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut 1 inch thick and trimmed of fat|
|Canned pineapple slices||6|
Combine wine, orange juice concentrate, dry mustard, and ginger.
Slash edge of ham slice.
Brush sauce over ham.
Grill over medium coals for 10 to 15 minutes, brushing with sauce occasionally.
Turn ham; grill 10 to 15 minutes more or till done, brushing with sauce.
Grill pineapple slices alongside the ham during the last 5 to 10 minutes of grilling
