Orange Molds

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ice water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon slices/Fresh mint sprigs 6
Directions

1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a saucepan. Stir constantly over low heat until gelatin dissolves (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat.
2. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add frozen orange juice concentrate and stir until it is melted and blended. Stir in ice water.
3. Pour gelatin mixture into 4 individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold in dessert dishes. If desired, garnish with mint sprigs.
