Spicy Orange Slices
|All purpose flour||2 Teaspoon|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut oranges (with peel on) into slices about 1/4 in. (8 mm) thick, removing the seeds.
Combine flour, graham cracker crumbs, and allspice in a bowl.
Stir to mix.
Dip orange slices into mixture, making sure to coat well.
Place oranges coated with mixture into skillet oiled with vegetable spray.
Do not crowd pan.
Brown orange slices on both sides.
Re-spray pan if necessary.
