Tarragon tanged shrimp and orange salad is a fruited seafood salad. Prepared with added rice and vegetables like romaine, cherry tomatoes and red onion along with orange sections, this herbed shimp salad is tossed with a tarragon and orange salad dressing. served as a side for any meal, it always brightens up your table!
Ingredients
  Cooked shelled and deveined shrimp 12 Ounce
  Cooked brown rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Torn romaine lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Orange sections 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Halved cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced red onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange tarragon dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

In large serving bowl place shrimp, rice, romaine, orange sections, cherry tomatoes and red onion.
Just before serving toss with Orange Tarragon Dressing.
