Baked Orange Roughy

Ingredients
  Orange roughy fillets 1 Pound
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tarragon leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried mustard 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place fillets in large casserole.
Squeeze lemon juice over fillets.
Sprinkle dried mustard and tarragon leaves over fish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
