Stuffed Plaice With Orange

Ingredients
  Button mushrooms 100 Gram, sliced
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , chopped
  Plaice fillets 8
  Butter 25 Gram
  Orange juice 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Heat the fat in a pan and gently fry the mushrooms for 1-2 minutes.
Add the eggs and season.
Remove the black skin from the plaice and put a little of the mixture on to each fillet.
Roll up and secure with cotton or a wooden cocktail stick Arrange the fish in the Slo cooker, dot with butter and pour round orange juice.
Cook for the recommended time.
