Oranges In Oranges
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Quart|
|Grand marnier||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1 Cut a thin slice from the base of each orange so that it will stand without tipping.
2 Remove the upper third of each orange.
3 Using a teaspoon, scoop out the orange pulp.
4 Cut between each membrane.
5 In a bowl, combine orange segments with softened ice cream and Grand Marnier.
6 Mix well.
7 Fill the mixture into the orange shells.
8 Place in the freezer to set.
9 Serve chilled.
