Oranges In Kirsch
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Peel oranges with a sharp serrated knife.
Take care to remove all pith neatly.
Cut oranges into thin slices, standing on a plate in order to retain juice.
Reshape oranges and secure with wooden picks.
Place oranges, juice and kirsch in a plastic container, seal well and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
