Ingredients
  Green tomatoes 15 Pound
  Cabbage 5 1⁄2 Pound
  Green peppers 6
  Hot red peppers 7
  Onions 10
  Salt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Gallon
  Sugar 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Mixed pickling spices 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Box, In A Bag)
  Turmeric 4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Grind tomatoes, cabbage, peppers, and onions together.
Put in bag with salt; let drip overnight.
Put vinegar and seasonings in large pot; add ground vegetables.
Let come to boil; cook slowly 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Put in jars; seal.
