Beans Chow Chow

Ingredients
  String beans 2 Liter, cut in pieces (1/4 Peck)
  Cauliflower head 1 (In Flowerets)
  Shelled lima beans 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Corn kernels 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onions 1 Quart, chopped
  Green peppers 5 , chopped
  Green tomatoes 2 Liter, chopped (1/4 Peck)
  Cider vinegar 3 Quart
  Sugar 2 Milliliter (2 Clips)
  Salt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground mustard 1⁄2 Pound
  Mustard seed 2 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 2 Tablespoon
  Tumeric 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare string beans, cauliflower, lima beans, and corn and cook together about 25 minutes.
Add chopped vegetables.
Heat vinegar, add combined spices and water, from cooked vegetables.
Add vegetables to vinegar and cook 25 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal immediately.
