|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Light cream/Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Peel and microwave onions as directed in chart .
Drain in colander and set aside.
Place butter in same 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Microwave 1 minute or until melted.
Stir in flour and spices.
Gradually stir in cream.
Microwave 3 minutes to 3 minutes 30 seconds, stirring every minute.
Add onions and peanuts.
Toss to coat evenly.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until hot
