Onion Tart With Anchovies And Black Olives
|Tart shell||1 (20 Cm Partly Baked Made With Pate Brisee)|
|Cooking oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Parsley sprigs||4 Small|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Powdered cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Pitted black olives||16|
Preheat the oven to 180Â°C (350Â°F).
In the work bowl, chop the onions, herbs and garlic.
Cook them very slowly in the oil for approximately 1 hour or until tender.
Add the salt, cloves and pepper, and mix well.
Spread the mixture in the pastry shell.
Decorate with the anchovy fillets and the black olives.
Bake in top part of the oven for 10-15 minutes.
