Easy Onion Casserole
|Sweet onions||2 Large, sliced|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream of celery soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Crumbled corn bread||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Saute the onions in the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Place in a bowl.
Add the sour cream, cream of celery soup and corn bread; mix well.
Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle with additional crumbled corn bread.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
