Sage And Onion Twin Bake
|Sage and onion stuffing mix||1⁄8 Pound (Half Of 1/4 Pound Package)|
|Boiling water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Mashed potato||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 , sliced|
Combine the stuffing mix with the boiling water and add the butter and milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine the stuffing mixture with the potato and spread into a greased shallow ovenproof dish.
Make two hollows in the mixture and break an egg into each.
Arrange the tomato slices at each end and cook in a preheated moderately hot oven (190Â°C/375Â°F, Gas Mark 5) for 15 to 20 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.
