Ginger Green Onion Butter

|Cold butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), Cut into 6 pieces (1 Stick)|
|Ginger root slice||2 1⁄2 Gram (0.25 Inch Thick)|
|Scallion||1 , cut into 1 inch pieces|
Place butter and ginger in processor bowl and process with the metal blade until ginger is finely minced.
Add scallion and salt and process until scallion is finely chopped.
Serve with fish.
