Ingredients
  Mint vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh mint 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), minced
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Simmer vinegar, honey and mint for 10 minutes.
Slice onions into thin rings.
Separate rings.
Marinate.
Chill.
