Ingredients
  Green tomatoes 8 Quart
  Salt To Taste
  Red sweet peppers/Green sweet peppers 2 Quart
  Onions 2 Quart
  Cabbages 2 Large
  Mustard seed 4 Tablespoon
  All spice 2 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cloves 2 Tablespoon
  Yellow mustard 7 Gram
  Brown sugar 1 Pound
  Sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Pimento 1 Can (10 oz), chopped
  Hot pepper 1 Small, chopped
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut tomatoes into halves; sprinkle with salt.
Place tomatoes in layers; let stand overnight.
Drain.
Grind tomatoes, peppers, onions and cabbages; mix with remaining ingredients.
Cook for 4 hours.
Seal in sterilized jars.
