Arbi With Onion

Ingredients
  Arbi 1 Kilogram
  Green chilies 4
  Onion 360 Gram
  Ghee 240 Gram
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Lemons 3 , sliced
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Scrape the arbi.
2 Wash thoroughly and pat dry.
3 Cut into round pieces.
4 Cut the onion into slices.

MAKING
5 In a pan, heat the ghee.
6 Add in onion, turmeric and arbi.
7 Fry on low heat until golden brown and tender.
8 Add in salt and black pepper.

SERVING
9 Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices.
