Onion Slices

Ingredients
  French bread loaf 1
  Chopped green onions and tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soft butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cut bread in half horizontally.
Combine onions and butter; spread on cut sides of bread.
Then slash each half loaf on the bias in 1 1/2 to 2 inch slices, but don't cut quite through bottom crust.
Place on baking sheet and heat in hot oven (400°) 10 minutes or till toasty and golden brown.
