Brussels Sprouts And Onions

Ingredients
  Frozen brussels sprouts 20 Ounce
  Canned whole boiled onions 14 Ounce, small
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cook Brussels sprouts according to package directions.
Heat onions separately in their own liquid.
Drain both and combine in serving dish.
Heat butter in small skillet.
Add crumbs and brown lightly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in parsley with a fork.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over vegetables.
Serve immediately.
Note: Use 11/2 lb. if you are using fresh Brussels sprouts.
