Herbed Onion Casserole
|Celery seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Consomme/Bouillon||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crushed potato chips||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Peel onions, and slice thick.
Place layers of sliced onion in shallow greased casserole, sprinkling seasonings between layers.
Add consomm, cover casserole and bake at 350°F. 45 minutes or until tender.
Remove cover; scatter crushed potato chips over onions; cook another 5-10 minutes until topping is crisp and browned.
