Campfire Potatoes And Onions

Ingredients
  Margarine/Bacon drippings / combination 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onions 2 Large, peeled and sliced in thin slices
  Potatoes 4 Large, peeled
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Over campfire or grill, melt margarine or bacon drippings in large, heavy frying pan. Add onions and cook until soft. Remove from pan and add potatoes. Cook until tender, turning occasionally. Add onions and continue cooking until browned.
