Charcoaled Onions

Ingredients
  Onions 6 Medium
  Bouillon cubes 6
  Butter 3 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Scoop out small hole in top of each onion; fill with bouillon cube, butter, salt and pepper.
Wrap sepa- rately in aluminum foil.
Place on hot coals for about 30 minutes; turn frequently.
Serve immediately.
