Twice-Baked Potatoes With Onion

Ingredients
  Potatoes 6 Medium
  Onions 2 Small, chopped
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 , grated
  Paprika 1
Directions

Bake potatoes; halve lengthwise.
Scoop out centers; mash.
Saute onions in butter until tender.
Combine potatoes, onions and cheese; mix well.
Fill potato shells; sprinkle with paprika.
Drizzle with additional melted butter.
Chill until ready to use.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through.
