Peas With Pearl Onions
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce|
|Diagonally cut celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook peas according to package directions; drain.
Cook celery in boiling salted water until crisp-tender; drain.
Brown almonds lightly in butter.
Add onions, peas and celery; season with salt and pepper.
