|Minced onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chicken fat||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cooked kasha||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked broad noodles||3 Cup (48 tbs), drained|
|Kosher salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Take a skillet and heat fat in it. Add onions and cook until brown.
2) Add noodles, kasha, pepper and salt.
3) You can add some grebenes, if you have any.
4) Toss all the ingredients until nicely mixed.
5) Transfer to a platter and serve hot.
