Glazed Onions

Ingredients
  Shallots/Pickling onions 1 Pound, peeled (Use Small Sized)
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Sugar 2 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pan, combine the onions with the butter, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
2) Cover and cook over a low heat, shaking occasionally, until the onions are tender and well glazed.

SERVING
3) Serve the Glazed Onions immediately.
