|Shallots/Pickling onions||1 Pound, peeled (Use Small Sized)|
1) In a pan, combine the onions with the butter, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
2) Cover and cook over a low heat, shaking occasionally, until the onions are tender and well glazed.
3) Serve the Glazed Onions immediately.
