Green Onion Relish

Ingredients
  Stewed tomatoes 16 Ounce, drained and mashed (1 Can)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced green onion with tops 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pickled hot pepper rings 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Set the bowl to chill covered in the refrigerator till required.
2. Drain before serving to remove extra water

SERVING
3. Serve chilled with corn chips
