Ingredients
  Marrow 2 Ounce (350 Gram)
  Onion/1 clove garlic 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Tomatoes 8 Ounce (1 Can, 227 Gram)
  Oregano 5 Milliliter (1 Level Teaspoon, Fresh Or Dried)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Slice marrow.
2. Dice onions.
3. Crush garlic.
4. Dice tomatoes.

MAKING
5. Into a saucepan, drain tomato juices from canned tomatoes.
6. Add onions and garlic; simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Add diced tomatoes, oregano and marrow; let simmer for another 15 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve hot Marrow A La Provencale with rice.
