Beet Onion Supreme

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Beet slice 16 Ounce (Drained, Reserve 2 Tablespoons Liquid)
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1 In a medium skillet or saucepan, melt margarine
2 Add in the beets, reserved liquid, onion, and celery.
3 Cook, covered over low heat, for about 10 to 12 minutes or until onion and celery are tender.
4 Season with salt and pepper.

SERVING
5 Serve.
