Sauteed Baby Potatoes with Onions and Snow Peas

Ingredients
  Baby potatoes 250 Gram
  Baby onions 250 Gram, peeled
  Button mushrooms 250 Gram, trimmed (Small Ones)
  Snow peas 100 Gram, trimmed
  Butter 100 Gram
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Cook the potatoes in boiling water until soft.
2.Remove the peel.
3.Heat salted water and blanch onions, mushrooms and snow peas for 1-2 minutes each.
4.Drain.
5.In a pan, heat butter on medium flame.
6.Once melted, put onions, potatoes and mushrooms and toss well.
7.Add a sprinkling of salt, pepper and limejuice.

SERVING
8.Serve immediately.
