|Onions||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped|
|Cider vinegar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||3 Tablespoon|
1. In a bowl combine onions, vinegar, sugar and salt.
2. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
3. Use with salads or as desired.
