Ingredients
Whole grain bread loaf 1⁄2 , cut into cubes (Left Out To Dry Out Overnight)
Russian rye bread loaf 1⁄2 , cut into cubes (Left Out To Dry Out Overnight)
  Poultry seasoning 4 Tablespoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Fresh herbs 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs) (No Salt Or Low Sodium)
  Turkey sausage 8 Ounce
  Onion 1 , chopped
Dried cranberries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Craisins)
  Apples 3 Small, chopped
Directions

The day before, cube up the bread and allow to become stale. When your ready to prepare – Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine the bread cubes, poultry seasoning, chopped herbs, sea salt & pepper. In a medium skillet brown the turkey sausage, then add chopped onions, chopped apple, dried cranberrie & bay leaves and cook until soft. Add the skillet mixture to the bread and toss to combine. Transfer to a large oven-proof casserole dish & pour in enough chicken stock to go half way up the side of the casserole dish. Cover with tin foil and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes, remove tin foil and cook another 15-20 minutes until it is crispy and browned on top.

You could make this ahead and re-heat in the oven if needed.
