Ingredients
  Cabbage head 3
  Green peppers 12 Large
  Celery 3 Bunch (300 gm)
  Onions 18 Large
  Green tomatoes 12 Large
  Sweet cucumber pickle 10 Large
  Celery seed 5 Tablespoon
  Turmeric 4 Tablespoon
  Ginger 2 Tablespoon, ground
  Cinnamon 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 4 Tablespoon
  Mustard seed 1 Pound
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mace 2 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 1⁄2 Quart
  Brown sugar 3 Pound
Directions

MAKING
1) In large pan add cold water. Cover cabbage, peppers and celery in water and let stand 30 minutes to crisp.
2) Drain out from water.
3) Chop vegetables and pickles medium fine. Add seed of two of the green peppers.
4) Add the mixture into cheesecloth. Make sure to squeeze out juice from vegetables and discard it.
5) Mix remaining ingredients to vegetables and boil for 15 minutes.
6) Transfer into hot sterilized jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
7) Seal immediately.

SERVING
8) Serve as a condiment.
