Mashed Rutabaga With Onion

Ingredients
  Rutabaga 1 Medium
  Onions 1
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a pot of salted, boiling water, add in the rutabaga and onions. Cook till they turn soft.
2) Drain the vegetables.
3) In a large bowl, mash them well.
4) Add in the butter or margarine along with salt and pepper. Beat well to mix all the ingredients.

SERVING
5) Serve Mashed Rutabaga With Onion alongside steamed vegetables or grilled meat.
