Cynthia's Glazed Rosemary Onions
|Non-stick cooking spray||1 Tablespoon (For The Pan)|
|Yellow onions||8 Medium, quartered|
|Honey||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Unsalted butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Chopped fresh rosemary/1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Coat a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the onions in the dish, being careful to leave the onion quarters intact.
Pour the honey and butter over the onions and add the rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 1 hour, until the onions are soft.
Adjust the seasonings before serving.
