Pasta With Peppers And Onions

Ingredients
  Bell peppers 3 Medium, cut into strips (Green, Red Or Yellow)
  Thinly sliced onions 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Spaghetti 6 Ounce, cooked, drained
Directions

1. In a 2 1/2-quart casserole, combine peppers, onions, oregano, salt and pepper; microwave, covered, on High 6-7 minutes, until tender-crisp, stirring halfway through cooking.
2. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese; toss to combine. Let stand, covered, 1 -2 minutes, until cheese melts. Add spaghetti; toss to combine.
