Pasta with Peppers and Onions
|Bell peppers||3 Medium, cut into strips (Green, Red Or Yellow)|
|Thinly sliced onions||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dried oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Spaghetti||6 Ounce, cooked, drained|
1. In a 2 1/2-quart casserole, combine peppers, onions, oregano, salt and pepper; microwave, covered, on High 6-7 minutes, until tender-crisp, stirring halfway through cooking.
2. Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese; toss to combine. Let stand, covered, 1 -2 minutes, until cheese melts. Add spaghetti; toss to combine.
