Onions In Sour Cream
|Soured cream||8 Ounce (1 Carton)|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1) Peel onions, cut into rings.
2) In a mixing basin put the onions.
3) Cover with boiling water and let stand for 2 minutes.
4) Drain and chill for sometime.
5) Before serving, mix soured cream, salt and lemon juice.
6) Add the mix to the onion rings and toss.
7) Serve with grilled steaks, chicken or gammon.
