Onion Buttered Grilled Sirloin
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sirloin steak||4 Pound, 1-1/2 inches thick|
1) Gash edges of steak.
2) Take a saucepan and mix together all ingredients except steak in it.
3) Heat the mixture (or microwave in glass container) until butter melts.
4) Broil the steak for 10-12 minutes on each side (for rare) or 14-16 minutes (for medium), keeping 3-4 inches away from the source of heat, basting often with butter mixture. Else the steak may also be grilled.
5) Serve hot at once.
