|Sweet red pepper||1⁄2|

|Onion||1 Small, separated into rings|
|Onion||1 Small, sliced and separated into rings|
|Cumin||1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground|
1) In a 1-quart casserole add green pepper strips, red pepper strips, onion, butter or margarine, and cumin. Mix thoroughly.
2) Cook covered until vegetables are crisp-tender on 100% power (high) for 3 to 5 minutes stirring once.
3) Serve with beef, pork, lamb, or poultry.
