  Green onion 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Skim milk yogurt 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Parmesan cheese 3 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt To Taste

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and add all the ingredients to the yogurt.
2) Mix properly blending well.
