Orange Glazed Onions

Ingredients
  Small onions 12 Ounce, peeled and cut in quarters (350 Grams)
  Stock 1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cornflour 1 Tablespoon (To Thicken)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, add the quartered onions and stock and allow to boil for twenty minutes
2. Let the liquid reduce to half, add butter, sugar and orange juice and cook for another five minutes
3. Add cornflour to thicken a little

SERVING
4. Serve as required
