Caramelized Cayenne Onions

Ingredients
  Onions 8 Pound, sliced
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions and stir in cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
2. Pour in the water and stir well to mix.
3. Put the lid on and allow the onion to cook in steam, over low heat, until the water evaporates, and onion browns and thickens.

SERVING
4. Use and serve as desired.
