Honey Glazed Onions
|White onions||2 Dozen, peeled|
|Hot water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Cook onions in salted water for 20 minutes.
Drain and place in buttered baking dish.
Make a sauce of remaining ingredients, pour over onions, and cover.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 1 hour, or until onions are mellow and glazed, basting occasionally.
